May 1, 2020—Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC) recently added Michelle Ziegler as director of client services. Ziegler’s first day on the job is today, May 1. Ziegler served most recently as director of event and media management for comSpark (www.comspark.tech). Ziegler knows the IT community well and adds another level of client-focused care to the ATC team.
ATC has been a large supporter of comSpark ever since the inaugural full-day show in 2016. comSpark is the Cincinnati region’s largest IT-focused event attracting over 2,000 attendees. The addition of Ziegler brings ATC’s employee count in Cincinnati to 10. ATC also added three dedicated Super Support team members in the last year.
In addition to client services, Ziegler will also be focused on IT-community outreach and development. “I am excited about the opportunity with ATC,” says Ziegler. “The IT community has become a second ‘family’ over last few years. I have gotten to know ATC through comSpark and seen firsthand how their independent-advisor approach resonates with technology buyers.”
ATC provides a better way to source business-critical IT solutions and services by offering solution-agnostic expertise and over 250 technology providers, including all the leading players, in four segments: voice, data/connectivity, cloud and cybersecurity. This has led to seven consecutive records years.
ATC Assists with COVID-19
Most recently, ATC has been focused on assisting clients with their work-from-home (WFH) initiatives due to COVID-19. ATC’s product sets are business-critical and facilitate WFH environments, including UCaaS and CCaaS, network optimization, cellular optimization, cloud services and cybersecurity solutions. ATC has been an early adopter of the “cloud” and, as a result, has been 100% WFH and 100% operational since the beginning of the crisis.
“We are excited about what Michelle brings to the team,” says co-founder and managing partner, David Goodwin. “Her talent and skills line up perfectly for this role serving our client roster. During these unsettling times and going forward, we want to make sure our current and future clients get the attention they deserve. Too often customers are onboarded and forgotten about.”
