With all of the advances in IT and telecommunications, finding the right combination of technology and service to maximize business potential is challenging. That’s where Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC) comes in, helping clients find the right solutions.
ATC is a boutique consulting firm that works with clients as trusted advisors to assess client needs and develop strategic IT and telecom roadmaps. The telecom expertise of ATC aids clients in selecting optimal solutions for their voice and data services, including performing assessments and audits of current services, business phone systems, and contract renegotiations.
They ask three basic questions: what does the client have today, what does the client need going forward to grow, and how do we get there cost effectively?
ATC then helps clients navigate the myriad number of options to ‘right size’ the optimal solutions. These range from VoIP business phone systems, unified communications systems, call and contact center solutions, cloud services, as well as back up, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Louie Hollmeyer, ATC’s marketing director, refers to their approach as “solution agnostic” as ATC can source over 100 providers to meet clients’ needs. ATC works with a wide variety of clients including financial services, health care, transportation, logistics, legal, construction, senior living, non-profits, real estate, and many more.
ATC’s record of success led to their opening a new office at 8734 Union Centre Boulevard this spring in a facility that includes work spaces, conference rooms, and a telecom showroom. The firm also has a base of operations in Hartford, Connecticut.
ATC’s record in new business, retention, and product knowledge led to it being recognized by Cincinnati Bell Business in February 2016 as the first and only Platinum Partner to date.
